Working with the community and students
We believe that if we teach our students how to deal with stress, then we help equip them with valuable tools for adulthood and the workplace environment.
In line with this philosophy, we offer workshop services free of charge to public schools.
Services available include: - - Year 12: how to cope with exam-time stress
- Year 7: settling in at a new school
- Tailored programmes: can be developed in discussion with teachers
- Teachers: research shows that the teaching profession often ranks highest in terms of stress levels. We offer our stress buster seminars free of charge to teachers too.
Our next FREE one-hour seminars will be held: - - Friday 14th October 2005: 10 am at The Avalon Recreation Centre on Old Barrenjoey Road in Avalon
- Friday 14th October 2005: 1 pm at The International College of Hotel and Tourism at 151 Darley Road in Manly.
Both parents and students are welcome.
