News From Zen At Work
Massage - Our Valentines Day promotion was an exciting event. Stephen, Ela, Ivy and Suzi did a fantastic job giving the public free 5-minute neck and shoulder massages at cafes around the CBD in Sydney. Weve had great feedback, and we will be organising another promotion like this in a couple of months time again for Sydney, and then looking to roll it out to other cities later.
- Good luck to the team doing 100 massages in one day at QANTAS this week!
Tai Chi- Thanks to Vaune for stepping in to do a one off class, for just one participant last month! Apparently the student really enjoyed the one-on-one attention.
- Welcome on board to our Gold Coast Tai Chi Instructor(s) we are getting more bookings for conferences in Queensland and Tai Chi seems to be a popular item on the wish list for our clients.
Yoga- Sally, down in Melbourne, recently completed what must be one of the quickest yoga classes ever. She did a 15-minute stretch break for over 200 delegates at a conference, who raved about it afterwards to us.
Conferences- The stress seminars have been going well, and we have received enquiries and bookings for New Zealand and Fiji, as well as all over Australia.
General Practitioners In Melbourne- The turn out for our open meeting in Melbourne in March was disappointing, but thanks to Sally for allowing us to use her yoga studio as the venue.
Advertising- Next time you are having a cup of coffee in a café in the CBD (any of the capital cities) have a flick through the café / coffee magazines, as we have been advertising in them, and plan to do some more PR with them in the future.
- Terrapin are distributing thousands of brochures to IT Managers in the next two months and ZEN AT WORK has a centre page workshop advertised in it.
- HR Managers have been reading all about our services in their industry newsletter, HR Monthly, a big thanks to Karin for organising the PR for this.
Members Area- You have been given access to the Members Area of our website. In there you will find behind the scenes stuff that will help you work better with us on jobs. Information includes our contract that all practitioners must complete before commencing on any work for us. A copy of our latest Service Fees and Procedures Schedule which gives you handy hints on how to invoice us, what to do if you cant make an appointment etc. As well as the questionnaires that we ask clients about the work that you have done for us, and archived copies of these newsletters.
- To get into this area click on the Members Area of our website. You will be asked to enter your logon and password. For ease, both of these have been set to your full name e.g. John Smith and John Smith. It is case sensitive so make sure that the first letter of your first name and surname start with a capital letter and that there is one space gap between the names. If you do have any problems logging on let us know.
Forthcoming Jobs And Opportunities

We are sometimes asked for nurses to help out with Health Expos. Let us know so that we can update your records, or pass on our website link www.zenatwork.com.au, so that your friends and colleagues can log on and join our register themselves.
Massage - VIC - We need some masseurs for a job outside Melbourne in May. Please contact us if you are interested.
Spread The Word- We are always looking for new practitioners.
- This month in particular we would like to hear from more masseurs and nurses.
