News From Zen At Work
Apology - Sorry we were so busy during the winter season that we missed sending out the winter update for our practitioners!
Massage- We have been promoting our massage service at the seminars and expos that we have been doing by having competitions to win a voucher for a 2 hour massage. There have been winners in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney so far.
- Most of the bookings continue to be one-off events, but we will be looking at ways of promoting more permanent spots in corporate sites for our masseurs. Watch this space!
Classes- PILATES: Pilates continues to be the most popular class format at the moment.
- WU TAO: We have had interest in trialling Wu Tao, but have not been able to find a convenient, cost effective venue for the client yet.
- FITNESS TRAINING: Welcome to some of the new fitness instructors that joined us recently to do a series of one-off classes for a client in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. We will be adding the services of fitness instructors to our website shortly, and look at promoting longer series of classes in this area.
- LAUGHTER: Welcome also to our new laughter therapist in Sydney - Margaret. We believe that laughter has a big role to play in stress management, and we will be launching a PR programme to support and push this area of the business shortly. We will be looking for more laughter coaches in other cities soon too, so pass this email on to anyone who may be interested.
Stress Seminars - The seminars have been going well recently, with events held all over the country and even overseas.
- A big thank you goes to Rachael Sporn (Olympic Basketball Player), who has been doing some motivational seminars for one of our clients, as part of their nationwide stress reduction programme.
Advertising- We have had some great PR recently, being quoted and printed in The Australian, and HR Monthly.
- At the moment we are also working on a telephone survey amongst clients regarding stress levels, which we will use as a press release in the future.
- We tested holding a stall at a recent Project Managers conference down in Melbourne, but the team found it hard to get delegates attention, and so we will be revising this format before we launch it again at other events.
Members Area- If you are a registered practitioner, you have been given access to the Members Area of our website. In there you will find behind the scenes stuff that will help you work better with us on jobs. Information includes our contract that all practitioners must complete before commencing on any work for us. A copy of our latest Service Fees and Procedures Schedule which gives you handy hints on how to invoice us, what to do if you cant make an appointment etc. As well as the questionnaires that we ask clients about the work that you have done for us, and archived copies of these newsletters.
- To get into this area click on the Members Area of our website. You will be asked to enter your logon and password. For ease, both of these have been set to your full name e.g. John Smith and John Smith. It is case sensitive so make sure that the first letter of your first name and surname start with a capital letter and that there is one space gap between the names. If you do have any problems logging on let us know.
