1.Notification of Forth Coming Opportunities / Contracts

a. Will be via text messages on your mobile. Please make sure we have your current mobile number.
b. When there is sufficient notice, some roles will also be advertised in the monthly email newsletter. Please make sure that we have your current email address.

2. Payments

a. Expected rates
i. The rate for each job depends on the deal that ZAW can negotiate with the Corporate. You will be notified of the rate for each contract as it arises. Acceptance of the role / contract indicates an acceptance of that rate.
b. Issuing of Invoices
i. Please issue us with invoices based on the negotiated and agreed rate, once a month for processing once a job has commenced.
ii. All invoices from contractors must include ABN numbers.
iii. ZAW will handle the process of billing clients and corporates separately.
c. Payment Periods
i. ZAW processes invoices once a month. All outstanding invoices from contractors each month will be paid regardless of whether or not the associated clients have paid yet.

3. Current Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire

e. Once a month ZAW conducts a telephone survey of clients in order to gauge the quality of work of contractors. Feedback is given back to the contractor where appropriate.

4. Inability To Keep An Appointment / Class

a. Notify Anne Palmer via her mobile number 0410 574 531 immediately. The sooner you let ZAW know, the more likely it will be that we can find a replacement. If Anne does not answer the phone, please leave a message with: -
i. Your full name and your service (eg massage)
ii. Your corporate client and the contact details for your lead contact at the site (including telephone and email)
iii. Any details that the replacement practitioner should know (including location, time of appointment, building access, location of any equipment, and any other class particulars)
b. Notify your lead contact at the Corporate as soon as you have spoken to Anne, or left a message on her mobile. Tell them you are unable to attend and that ZAW HO is in the process of trying to find an alternative practitioner. Please let them know that if ZAW HO does not contact them within 3 hours of the class or appointment: -
i. To assume that a replacement has not been found
ii. That the appointment will be made up at a time to suit the client if it has already been paid for.
iii. That any subsequent appointments will continue as planned.
c. For confidentiality purposes and continuity, any coaches who are unable to make a scheduled appointment should reschedule directly with the client themselves, with out another coach taking their place.

5. Delivery of ZAW Property For Classes Etc

a. Where equipment is required for appointments or classes ZAW will provide this, unless otherwise specified.
b. This equipment will be delivered in advance of the first appointment directly to the corporate client, care of the lead contact at the site, and will remain on the site for the duration of the appointments.
c. This property however, is considered the responsibility of the practitioner at the site, and any loss of property at the end of the contract will be deducted from any outstanding invoices from the practitioner, at the market rate.
d. Some of the property may be sold to participants at the site. You should collect the money from participants and note it as a credit on their next monthly invoice to ZAW (indicating the type and quantity of items sold). This must be completed otherwise it will be assumed that the stock has gone missing and the full amount for each item deducted from the final invoice from you. For each sale recorded you will receive a commission: -
i. ZAW exercise mats: RRP $35 including a commission of $10. For each mat sold mark a credit of $25 on your invoice to ZAW.
ii. ZAW branded t-shirts: RRP $30, including commission of $10. For each T-shirt sold, mark a credit note of $20 on your invoice to ZAW.
iii. Notify ZAW if due to sales of items, you need more equipment at your site, and allow at least 2 weeks for delivery.

6. Keeping In Touch With Zen At Work

a. You have been given access to the members only area of our website.
i. Your logon is your first name and surname, with Capital letters for the start of each word, for example: Anne Palmer.
ii. Your password is set to the same as your logon, but you are free to change it yourself.
iii. The members’ area will have the latest copy of the Service Fees and Procedures Schedule, archived newsletters for practitioners, and other useful information as it arises.
b. Your have been registered to receive a copy of our monthly email for practitioners.
i. Please notify us if your email addresses change.
ii. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time by following the instructions at the end of each email.
iii. We will also text message you via your mobile phone to let you know that a newsletter has been issued, so it is important that we have your correct mobile number.
